In pursuance of section sub-section (1) and (2) of section 20 of the Disaster Management Act, 2005, the State Government in Revenue & Disaster Management Department Notification No.50291/R&DM dated 6th December 2010 has constituted the State Executive Committee, with the following members, to assist the SDMA in the performance of its functions and to coordinate actions in accordance with the guidelines laid down by the SDMA and ensure the compliance of the directions of the State Government under the Act.
